Christmas Card-a-thon

This past Saturday, I hosted a card-making party for friends and family.  For a small fee, they came and made cards that I had designed and pre-cut, and got to have a great time doing it.  Seriously, this was my best one yet...white chicken chili, frito candy, Christmas cookies and drinks, along with a hysterically funny group of women (and girls).  We had such fun, and spent hours laughing and crafting and eating.  If you live near me, you should consider coming to the next one!

Do you send Christmas cards?  Store-bought, hand-made, or photocards?  Can you believe December is almost here?!

I usually do a photocard on winkflash or vistaprint. I am so not crafty like that. I used to scrapbook before I had kids. I miss it, but not the mess I had to clean up.

And, regarding your last post, I just downloaded Outlander onto my hubbys kindle for iPhone....:) for free!!! I can't wait to read it!

If I lived near you, I would BE THERE for the fun and food! I do photo cards because of the convenience factor, but I love the idea of handmade cards and would have used the ones from your party for holiday thank you's or for special gift tags or for gifting gift cards.

How does Friday sound for our dual post? Frito Friday?

What fun!!! I'm completely lame as I purchase my cards. All of them, all the time. Since losing my family, I have boycotted the holidays, but this year I am determined to not let that ruin any more days. I shall be sending out store bought Christmas Cards this year.
